Nanyang (南洋) is a Chinese term for the warm and fertile geographical region of Southeast Asia. Among the countries that call the region their home are the culinary rich nations of Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
Inspired by her extensive travels through Southeast Asia, Chef Chan brings her exquisite creations to Cupertino.
Our signature element are our made for scratch dishes. No curry paste. No msg. In-house made ice-creme, sambal, coconut syrups and more.
Our Hainan Chicken Rice and Laksa will take you back to the world famous hawker centers of Singapore. The home made Sweet Sambal Chili, as a side on our Nasi Lemak, will create an explosion of spicy (but not hot!) flavors in your mouth. You’ve likely never had an Otak Otak Grilled Fish Cake quite as delicious – unwrapping the banana leaf is a delight all its own.
We’ve also custom created our real flower ice teas (choose between Hibiscus or Chrysanthemum), as well as our Coconut Pandan Ice Cream (made in our restaurant).
